The pair (allegedly sisters) provided falsified IDs, job references, and credit reports to secure the lease, which looked “stellar” on paper. Once in, they paid no rent for 7 months – and even blocked the landlord from inspecting the unit….
Amid huge tribunal delays, some tenants are demanding massive payouts to move out, knowing eviction can’t happen quickly.
