Tenant Guarantee - $99 per tenant
If the tenant defaults, we cover legal costs for eviction with our partner paralegals up to $2000. Eligibility: Tuze score greater than 70 and use of our advanced smart lease for lease management. We’ll email you the instructions after the report if your tenant qualifies.
